Agent-Centric real estate brokerage focusing on the needs of clients. We believe that a real estate transaction is an experience to understand and enjoy, and training and the highest ethical stands are our mantra!
We serve progressive and service oriented Real Estate Agents. Founder and owner at Windermere Homes & Estates. We are pleased to announce that we have opened the doors to our new company! Together, myself and Brian Gooding have teamed up to create Windermere Homes and Estates, an upscale local brokerage that is agent centric, powerful and progressive, yet with the feel of a family run company.
Turning a dream and passion into a reality is not an easy task, but I do know that treating both agents and clients with respect is the key to success and trust. Brian and I began working together back in 2004 and that very successful collaboration helped turn a small company into one of San Diego’s larger real estate firms.
The idea of owning a non-corporate and agent centric firm fueled our desire to get back to basics and form a company that puts agents first; and Windermere Homes & Estates is now that company.
I had led my previous firm’s Marketing and Technology Divisions and I've been known for being a progressive and "Tech Savvy" leader. I also developed several new divisions within my prior firm including new homes sales, a media division and a blog developed for agents that has gained national prominence.
When looking at our options on who to affiliate with for our new real estate company, Windermere clearly became the brand of choice. Being a part of the Windermere family was important to both Brian and I.
The values within “The Windermere Way” are synonymous- alike in meaning and ethics for the brand we are creating. Windermere’s business ethics go back to traditions and values. It is a culture that is non-corporate and fully supported. With these values already within Windermere it was the perfect option for us to build out our dreams and aspirations for this new company.
